FAQ

We use real Legos, custom printed items and third party bricks to make our figures and diorama sets.  Since Lego does not make Military items, we make our own.

We normally ship the next 1-2 business days as we know you are anxious to get your products. Unverified address will have to be confirmed prior to shipping. We will ship by the most economical way possible, but can expedited it if necessary, just let us know.

We gladly accept returns if the product is in new condition and unused.  You will be responsible for the shipping back to us.  Once your product arrives back within 7 days of your receipt, we will issue you a full refund minus the shipping fee.  If there is an issue with your order like a part missing or damaged item, we will make it right for you asap.

We can do some custom printing and builds.  Email us with your questions and we can go from there.

We print our card models on industrial adhesive vinyl...the same material used for heavy equipment decals.  Other sellers will use a very thin paper sticker that may have a clear coat on it.  Our material is waterproof and tear resistant. It costs more, but the decals are so much better. Our kits include the cardstock as well and some vinyl tape.  All you need to build them is a little bit of tape, a ruler and a pair of scissors.

Our MOC kits are made from solid wood that we cut and build in our shop.  Each is made to minifigure scale so it will look great with your creation.  We wrap our wood parts with our industrial vinyl that has been photo-printed with our designs. It takes a bit of time to make a set as it is all hand built.  We think it is the most realistic way to display your figures and build your dioramas.  They work well with Lego parts and builds as well.

I am now a bit older and my 3 boys are pretty much grown.  We played with Legos when they were younger.  I was always shocked with the price of the sets.  You can often pay $100 for  a big cool looking box, but it would only have a tiny bag of parts. Honestly, I was always a bit disappointed with the purchase, but my sons would build and create and that was what is important.  Now that I have the ability to make my own parts and print my own designs, I feel good about our sets and what we charge for them. There is so much cheap China stuff out there that it is hard to make a good purchase and not everyone can afford a Brickmania $500 tank.  Our products are a good fit in between. The sets we make now are the sets I would have loved when I was 12....realistic graphics, affordable and great quality.
